LsaSrv event 5000... Whats up with my DC's?

I have 2 DC in my domain They are based on same hardware: Compaq BL10 and
has no additional software. Just OS W2K SP3 itself and DNS/WINS. They are
worked 6 mounth befory wothout any problem. Yesterday they are crashed few
times together. In the system log ihave found few records from LsaSrv before
they die:

10:20 LsaSrv: Event ID 5000: Security package negotiation error
10:20 LsaSrv: Event ID 5000: Kerbereos security autentification error
10:23 Eventviewer: Previous system shutdown was unexpected

A day before my admin was disable windows time on both and set up Network
Time Protocol instead win32time. May this action to be a root of problem?

I have no idea. No articles in knowledgebase about. Can anybody help or
explain, whats wrong?

10:08, LsaSrv, Category1,Type Error Event ID5000
The security package Negotiate generated an exception. The package is now
disabled. The exception information is the data.
