Seems paging files have used almost 80% of my ram and is
making the virtual memory low and making my puter very
hesitant and sluggish...also not allowing me to open some
programs.

What do I do? Help pls...

Thanks,
Ken

Well, to begin with, the paging file doesn't use any of your RAM - it's on
your hard disk. Also, the 'paging file' and 'virtual memory' are the same
thing. How about if you just explain your problem in plain English and leave
the vague jargon to our esteemed (ahem) politicians?
