Low-Tech question, yet urgent nontheless...CD-Rom Driver

For some reason my CD-ROM or floppy drives no longer exist according to my computer. I've re-installed the hardware, but to no avail. Could someone direct me to where I may download the drivers in order for my CD-ROM & floppy drive to fuction properly

better chance asking this question in general and/or hardware group.

You'll probably have to delete the entries out of your
registry, reboot, the it'll probably find them
