I have a variety of concerns at the moment with my
computer that i hope someone will be kind enough to help
me with. At the moment i am running on about 60mb of Ram.
I basically use my computer for downloading music and
video clips and writing essays. Do i require more RAM? A
RAM upgrade perhaps? Secondly i have been having trouble
with intervideo win dvd. Whenever a film is played the
film freezes for a second and then continues playing. It
occurs every minute or so. However the problem does not
occur when viewing films in Wiindows Media Player. What
is the problem? Has it got anything to do with low RAM or
is it a laser problem?

Thanks for your help,
Jack

Yes 128 Minimum. I recommend 512 MB. Memory is the
cheapest and easiest upgrade. It will run like new.

Of course, with only 60megs of RAM, he's gotta look at other things too...
if he's got so little ram, he may have trouble with things like the CPU,
videocard, etcetera. My personal opinion is, you're going to have to replace
a lot of parts to make it work the way you want.
