Hi,
I have 20 identical PCs all running W2000 professional for a medical
center of primary atention. All have the same software installed and
all of them run the database application smoothly, well, not all. One
of them has a performance ten times slower that the others but only
while executing the database application. All the rest of the system
goes smoothly. When I launch the database software the TAsk
Administrator shows that the process consumes 97-100% of CPU, but not
100% of memory. Actually, what seems strange to me is that there is
much more free memory available in the system but it doesn't take it;
if the other systems take 190MB for execution of the program, this one
only takes 110MB.
Could you give me any clue about what should I look next?
Thankx
