Low-cost card without a fan?

I don't do much gaming; almost none, in fact. But I do need a new
card. I'd like to get something cheap ($50-100) but noise is an
issue, so I'd prefer one without a fan.

Are there any decent cards out there that can play some games like
Medal of Honor, but don't use a fan?

Try to get an old Radeon 8500 Card. They still have a fan, but it's
really silent.

A friend just bought two Radeon 9600 cards made by Connect3D with the Ati
chipset and they don't have fans - just a nice silver coloured heatsink. He
plays loads of games

The Radeon 9200 is ATI's new entry level card. It's 8xAGP port doesn't offer
much of an increase over the 9000, but it is cheap as chips and has a silent
passive heatsink. No fan. No noise. And plays MOHAA just fine at max detail
& 1024x768.
