Low battery error on Win 2000 server

I have a Windows 2000 server that will suddenly pop with a low battery
message as if it's a laptop - it's a Dell Power Edge server. Dell has not
been able to help.

Thoughts?

Is it on a UPS? If so does the problem still occur if you run the server
directly from the mains or if you stop the UPS service?

It's on a UPS but I am not running the software to monitor the UPS. I
checked Services and UPS is set to manual.

I checked the Event Log and it lists itself as an Event ID 26 Application
Pop-Up. There is no event preceding it that might give any indication of
what it is.
