Lovsan.which xp version am i running?

I've got the lovsan.a worm,and need to install the patch from microsoft.
Only thing is i don't know how to find out which version of windows xp home
i'm running.
How can i tell if i've got a 32 bit or 64 bit version?

If you have to ask -- you have WinXP/32.
