Loud HotFixes

I am placing an update on my network so that I can have
all the windows 2k systems always up to date. Most of the
hotfixes either have the /q or the "silent" mode, However,
this one that I am dealing with...
Q823718_MDAC_SecurityPatch has one, but it is useless. I
use Q823718_MDAC_SecurityPatch.exe /Q and I get "Please
press ok to install." I don't want the users to have the
option of not installing it! you press cancel, and you are
out! HELP!!! how can I set it up so that it don't ask them?
