lots of windows open

hi, i often have lots of windows open on the same time - i know that the
"win + m-keys" will place all open windows on the toolbar, and also if one
right click on the toolbar, one can choose "show writing desk" ... but how
do one place a shortcut to this option on the toolbar itself ?

Right-click the toolbar and Toolbars>Quicklaunch. "Show Desktop" will appear
as one of the 3 or 4 icons by default. You can also add shortcuts to this
toolbar as well. Very handy.
