If it was a Retail copy and you have proof of the purchase:

If it was an OEM license, you may be out of luck - contact those you
purchased it from.

If you lost the cd then it's doubtful you'll be able to find the proof of
purchase needed to get a replacement. Get someone to burn you a copy.
