Lost Workgroup File

I have a database here that someone had tried to set user-
level permissions for. Thay deleted the unsecured copy
and deleted the .mdw file. I have tried to recreate it
with no success. Any ideas? I am able to open all table
and form but I am not able to access the design views, or
to copy or export the information.

The "someone" needs a k*** in the a*** !

See if he/she wrote down the exact details that they used when they created
the new workgroup file. If they did, you simply create a new file, using
those details.
