lost word doc password

I have a book that I have been writing and it is half
written. Have not worked on it in over a year though, and
now cannot remember my passowrd. It is a word doc. Does
anyone know how to reset an word doc password??? I am
desperate!

there are some pretty good programs that can crack this kind of passwords.
