WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH LOSING TRANSITIONS AND OTHER EFFECTS ON THE MM?????

WHY?
AND HOW TO FIX IT WITH EASE
The Microsoft Corporation will not address this issiue???

PAYING $99.00 TO ANSWER A QUESTIN ON ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS IS SHAMFUL!!!!!
 
No need to shout.

Generally people lose their transitions from using adware/spyware programmes
and not taking account of what they may be deleting.

Have you used one such app recently?
