Lost the "send" command in my reply to

Windows Mail Vista
When i go to reply to someone , the format has changed. I just lost the
first command of "send" on the toolbar. Now the first bar says "file" and i
have to drop that down to find send message.
 
File is on the Menu Bar. The Send button is on the toolbar. Click Reply to
a message and then:

View | Toolbars. If the toolbar is missing, check: Standard Buttons. It
the toolbar is there, click: Customize and add the Send button.
