Lost the address toolbar

I was installing hotbar and it deleted my address
toolbar. Does anyone know how to get it back. What I am
looking for is the IE address bar that shows that has the
box for putting the websites in and it keeps the history
on it also there is a go button. The only thing I now
have is the address bar with my pop-up blocker nothing
else.

Hotbar is Spyware/adware!
