Lost Task Bar

I somehow lost my entire task bar from the top of
Explorer. There is only a blue line which when I right
click comes up with Max/Min, Restore, Close etc..

How do I get my task bars back up? I can't even type a web
address, had to search from yahoo to get here.

you should be able to right click and choose lock taskbar
if it's checked off click it and you should be able to move
it around and get your taskbar back or maybe it's just full
screen press f11 if my first idea doesn't work
