Lost Task Bar

Some how I have misplaced my task bar and can find no way to relocate or reload? Would love to know the right button to push or the right file to open to get my task bar back. I've got no way to open files other that those with icons on the desktop. Help!!!!

Try the windows key on your keyboard this at least bring up the start menu
and should show you where the taskbar is coming from .
If this works the take your mouse and go to the lowest point until you see
the pointer turn to a line with arrows up and down once you see this hold
left mouse down and move the taskbar up
