lost sound card driver

i had a friend build a computer for me about a year ago.
i recently removed the driver for the sound card on
accident through remove programs. i'm not sure what
sound card i have and am having trouble downloading a new
driver. is this what i need or something else? anyone
help?
 
Download EVEREST HOME from www.lavalys.com and run the
program. It will scan your system, detecting and
identifying all the hardware. It should even provide a link
for driver updates.
