lost something

After deleting Norton 2002/3 I seemed to have deleted
more than should have been removed. I get an Error
message saying " " not a valid Win 32 application for
almost evey program with in the computer but Internet
Explorer that is entered via the Net Work icon.

What need I add and where do I find it ?
