lost software

I recently had some problem that required I receive a
restore disk from microsoft, however, when I started back
up I had lost already installed extras that came with my
such as my windvd is there a way to get those back or do
I just have to buy them
 
If you don't have the applications restore disk (if the software come
installed on the computer) then you are out of luck. If you have the
applications on CD then reinstall them.
