I have obviously deleted the shortcut to Windows Media Center. I am running
Windows Vista Home Premium. I have tried searching and browsing without
success. Could someone please post the shortcut path for me?

Click on the blue Vista start button and in the "Start Search"
box type: Windows Media Center and the icon will appear at the
top the the Start Menu.

I have tried that; it does not appear. Can you copy the path for me and
post it?

Thank you.

I have this problem also. I just wondered if there was a way to get an icon
for Windows Media Center back because I really do not want to have to run a
command line every time I want to open Windows Media Center without entering
a disc into my disc drive.

1. Right-click on your Desktop and select New > Shortcut.
2. Type: %SystemRoot%\ehome\ehshell.exe in the box.
3. Click on Next.
4. Type: Windows Medias Center in the box.
5. The start icon for Windows Media Center will appear on your desktop.

Another Usenet Gateway moron thanking Carey for an answer that he posted over 2 yrs
