Lost right-click "Update All" option (briefcase)

I've noticed that on some computers you can right-click on a briefcase and
select "Update All", which is a very handy option because otherwise you have
to open the briefcase and go for Tools-Update All.

But in other computers this right-click option is not there, or disappears.
How do I bring it back?

Hi Ricardo,

Two questions:

1. Is the "Update All" option in the "Briefcase" menu missing, as well?
2. Is the Briefcase folder displayed with a standard folder icon?

The "Update All" option is available in the Briefcase menu and in Common
Tasks, just not in the right-click menu.

The briefcase folder is displayed with a briefcase icon (brown), not a
standard folder icon (yellow).

Ricardo,

In one of those systems where the "Update All" command is missing, see if
the following key is present:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\BriefcaseMenu
The (default) Value data should be set to
{85BBD920-42A0-1069-A2E4-08002B30309D}

If the key/data is missing, re-create them manually. To open Registry
editor, type REGEDIT.EXE in Start Run dialog.

Tried it, no luck, even after rebooting.
