Lost recycle bin

I'm not exactly sure how I did this but somehow I have deleted my recycle
bin. Is that possible? I mean the icon is gone..I know longer have a recycle
bin on my desktop. How can I get that back?

Right-click desktop > Personalize > Change desktop icons

Uncheck Recycle Bin > Apply
Recheck Recycle Bin > Ok
 
Someone in here wrote a nice registry fix which replaces the Delete (Recycle
Bin) function from the context menu with a Search (Recycle Bin) function.

For whatever reason, the context menu contains the Delete function and guess
what it does...

Need to make sure you're selecting: Empty Recycle Bin.

Thank you all for the help. I really appreciate it. I am feeling a bit
foolish after seeing how easy it is delete/restore the bin. Thanks again.
