lost re-size function for emailing images

for some reason i have lost the ability to reduce the
size of my ohotos when right-clicking to email - ie: to
640x480. instead of giving me the option to resize it
attahces the full size image directly to a new email>

Start, click on Run and type the following in
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press Enter

(there is a space after ..32)
