Hi Daniel,
Your .PST file may be hidden. Please try the following steps to search for you .PST file'
1. Click "Start", point to "Search".
2. Click "All Files and Folders" and click "More Advanced Options" and make sure the following options are checked:
--Search System Subfolders
--Search Hidden files and folders
--Search Subfolders
3. In the "All or Part of the File Name" box, type "*.PST" (without quotation marks) and click "Search".
4. Create a new folder and copy all of the .PST files found to the new folder as the backup.
5. Start Outlook 2000 click File-->Open-->Outlook Data file to open the pst files one by one. Check if your data are in these pst files.
