Lost .PST file of Personal Folder(Default E-mail) for MS Outlook Express

In an effort to remove my messages from an office computer, I have
deleted .PST folder for default e-mail.Now OE can't open or accept to
add a new e-mail account and saying file could not be found default
e-mail folder .PST

Go to Control Panel-Mail and create a new one.
 
Will microsoft outlook succeed in opening despite deletion of default
..pst file of outlook folder.
 
Will I try adding a new PST file in the Control Panel's mail applet? I
should be able to use it to add a PST and set it as the default . Am I
right?

You will get attention from the Outlook experts if you post in an
Outlook-specific newsgroup. This one is for basics of the Windows XP
