Lost programs

I had to recently do a clean install and lost most of my programs. I am
looking for two particularly helpful little freeware programs. One was a
metric conversion program with a tray icon of two horizontal opposing
arrows. The other was an email cleanup program with a tray icon "smiley
Face". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Wim, that's the one and I have found the email program so all is back
to normal.

Do a search for eCleaner, I think that might be what you are
looking for.
