Lost program files

I jsut loaded XP and I lost XCell and Power Pooint program files. How do I recover MS office program files (EXCell and Power Point)

You reinstall from the Office CD. These applications are not now nor have
they ever been a part of any Windows operating system.

The shortcuts are still in the C:\Program Files\Office folder.
You can drag them to the start menu from Windows Explorer.

The shortcuts are still located in C:\Program Files\Office (or where ever
you installed them).
You can drag them onto your start menu and drop them where eer you want.
