LOST PRODUCT KEY

IM Rajesh kumar deol. I have formatted my computer everything is fine. upto
start of the installation of Windows XP professional Edition, I have lost my
Product Key and cant fine it anywhere, I would like to ask if there is any
way that I can Find my product Key from The Setup CD Itself?... I can use my
computer Because I cant Install my Operating System. Please help me.

That sucks.
However - the answer is *no*.

Your product key (normally) has nothing to do with the contents of your
installation CD beyond the type (Retail, OEM, MSDN, Volume, etc.) It is not
stored anyone in the cd contents under default circumstances.

It can be on a sticker on your computer (if OEM) or on a sticker on the CD
case (if Retail) - if you still had a working install - you could pull it
from that... However...

If you do not have the product key stored in a safe place - at least
someplace you can find - and your CD has not been modified to enter it for
you... Sorry.
