Lost photo editing

I recently restored my computer from a virus attack. I
can no longer edit my photos in Picture & Fax Viewer.
How can I get my editer back?

Windows XP does not include a digital image editor...
it does include MS Paint but it's very limited. If Paint is
what you are seeking...go to...Start button / All Programs /
Accessories / Paint.

If you had an editing program installed...you'll have to
reinstall it...do you know what the name of it was?

OK, I must have been using Paint to edit...I can't access
Paint anymore. When I click on it, nothing happens. I
need this back. Help! What do I do?

Try reinstalling it by going to...Add-Remove Programs /
Add-Remove Windows Components (in the left pane)
/ Accessories and Utilities / Details button / Accessories /
Details button...Check the box at Paint...OK / OK / Next...

This should install Paint. (you may need to restart you computer)
