Lost Permission

I have an Access 2000 database that I believe that I accidently removed Amin
permissions from. How can I recover the data? I am unable to open it and get
the have database administrator assign error. HELP!

How did you accidently remove the permissions? If you log in as a member of
the Admins group, or the owner you can assign permissions.

Are you logging in using the correct workgroup file?
 
I was on the wrong tab. I was resetting all permissions and adding a group.
There is no change to the way I logon.
