Please reply if there is a way to "re-set" a windows
password without losing data.

We are unable to access anything, until we can "re-set"
the password.

My daughter (9yr.) did this, and we have tried every way
to type what she thinks she set it to. (Aaron Carter)

Hi Debbie,

If you have an account with admin rights, you can sign on with this
account and change the passwrod for your daughter's account.

On the Statup Menu, select Control Panel.
In the Control Panel, click on User Accounts.
Select your daughter's account name in the list, then click on Reset
Password.
Type the new password in twice and click OK.
