lost password in Access 2007

I am working on trying to secure a multi-user database. It is now asking for
a user name and password. I don't remember giving it either one. Is there a
way I can get back in? This is affecting ALL my Access databases. I am using
Access 2007. Thank you!

Sounds like you used wrkgadm.exe to create a custom workgroup file,
and set it to be the default, or you used MsAccess to apply security
settings to the standard workgroup file (system.mdw). Use this app to
set the standard one be the default. Re-install it from a backup or
the setup disks if you have to.
Make backups before you do any of this.
