Lost Password for Domain Controller Administrator A/c

I established windows 2000 Domain controller and change the password for
Active directory Administrator Account.

Unfortunately I lost the password for Active dir Admin account and not able
to access the DC.

Is there any way to reset the password or cancel it.

Yes I check but its valid for only Local A/c not for Domain Active Directory.
