Lost outlook personal folders

I have several personal folders and calendar items set up
in Outlook, and when I opened Outlook to check my email
it took me to the setup wizard, and all of my personal
folders were gone. It was like I was opening it for the
first time. How can I get this information back?

You need to find where they are located first. Do a search for anything with
..pst extention. once you have found those files (Hope they are still there
and not deleted) you can then go back in to outlook and setup your account
and point it to the location of your .pst file.
