I had to reformat my C-Drive. Before doing that, I had a
second hard disk installed into my Dell PC by a Best Buy
technician, who then copied my total C-Drive on to the
new hard disk (the D-Drive). The only files that I cannot
seem to find are my Outlook Express email folders,
addresses and correspondence. I went into MS Explorer and
conducted a Search using various keywords in order to
call up the missing files. I got a lot of files with
Outlook or Outlook Express but they were operating files
not data files. I thought these files would be stored in
some default folder but I don't know what that might be.
Is there a solution to this? If so, can someone help me
figure out how to retrieve those files? I also don't
want to do anything that would invalidate my support
agreement with Dell.
