Lost Outllok Express Addin

I've had to rebuild my system and am really missing an add in for outlook
express I had installed and can't find it anywhere.

I believe it was open source, and it added a tool bar which allowed you to
create message templates with text and using dates and fields etc. [as
opposed to just stationery]. It had other backup and export utilities as
well.

Can anybody identify what this moight have been as I'd love to get it back!
