Lost of internet connection

I have a problem with my Internet connection, I have been
in contact with my Broadband suppler and they couldnt find
any problem, but they did replace my modem. Right the
problem is, my connection drops, usually after a reboot or
after my pc crashes, it will eventually come back, I have
a firewall, which I have disabled and the problem is still
there, so cant be firewall. All i get on a page is Page
not found, and when running OUtlook I get 'you are not
connected' any ideas please?

I've no idea what's causing you the problem.
Ignoring quotes, open a command prompt and type in "ipconfig /release"
followed by "ipconfig /renew" to force the connection to refresh itself.
Hopefully you'll get a new IP address from the ISP and your connection will
run again.
