I did the auto upgrade of windows which checked files and
updated all needed updates. I came across the Viros
shield was saying no virus program found . It was
installed by DEll. I have only had the computer less then
a week. Iam also experiencing trouble hooking up the
wireless router too. I really need some advice.

Was the message saying that no virus was found (that's always good news!),
or that no antivirus application was installed? If the message warned that
no antivirus software was installed on your computer, then contact Dell tech
support regarding how the upgrade to Windows XP SP-2 affects the antivirus
software pre-installed on your computer. Dell may already have a solution
for your computer.
