I was on AOL with a years free service included in
purchase of my computer. At the end of my year I wanted
to switch to a different internet service. I had trouble
getting rid of AOL and couldnt load any other service. I
called Gateway and they led me through some sort of reset
process. However, when I started back up I realized that
I no longer had Microsoft Word. This is a major problem
in many ways. I dont have a disc to reload the Word
program as it was pre-loaded when I bought the computer.
This was a few months ago and my computer doesnt remember
a point when I still had Word, so I cant reset the
settings to that time. Can Word be reloaded by Gateway
or someone on the Net? Thanks for your help.

You'll need to go out and purchase a new copy of
Microsoft Word.....it is not a "freebie" you can download.

Or you can contact Gateway Support and ask them for
assistance with this matter.
