lost my Windows XP Home Edition CD rom-need help

I am trying to get my print spooler turned on and find files so I can get my
printer downloaded.

I'm sorry you lost your CD, but that has nothing to do with starting the
spooler and finding files. And even if Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) was
right, and the Internet is "a series of tubes," none of those tubes is
big enough to download an entire printer.
