Lost my initial Administrator account

Yes, I can still access it in Safe Mode but how can I get it to appear
again as a selection after a normal XP boot process?

I hope someone can be of help.

Home, Professional, Media Center, Tablet PC Edition or x64?
 
It is Windows XP Pro, SP2. My apologies for not giving full details

on the Welcome Screen (Line 5)

Since you have Pro, you never need to go into Safe Mode to access the
built-in Administrator account. Simply do Ctrl-Alt-Del at the Welcome
Screen to get the classic logon box. Then type in "Administrator" without
the quotes and your password.
