I locate my user data? Do I need to recreate all that
information or would it be stored somewhere?

Your reply is not attached to the original thread so have no idea what it
is that you're trying to accomplish.

General answer:
Account data is stored in the user's folders found under Documents and
Settings.

If you are trying to replace a damaged account, just copy the items
(documents and other personal files) that you want to keep to the new
account folders. Do not transfer settings as these may be the reason why the
old account became damaged.
