Lost MS Office from <all programs>

Both my wife and I are administrators on our computer. I
noticed her <all programs> display didn't show MS Office
but mine did. In attempting to get it to display when
she's logged on it disappeared from my <all programs>
display.

The MS Office folder resides in C:\Program Files and has
been dragged to the <shared documents> folder.

Anybody know what I did wrong?

Choose Detect and Repair on the help menu (type winword in Start Run to start word though it probably has old location in registry so may not work) and tick the box that says Restore Shortcuts.
