Lost Media Files

My computer was in the shop and they added another hard
drive and lost all my music and Video and I am about to
die. Please help

Did they *replace* your hard drive or just add a second hard drive? If
the latter, you should be able to access the old HDD via Windows Explorer.
 
I have had the same problem. How do you access them through Windows Explorer?
What do I do exactly?

Open "My Computer" on the Start Menu and see if there are multiple hard
drives listed.
