Windows XP Key is a program to reset Windows XP security
if Administrator password, secure boot password or key disk is lost.

Are you running as Administrator or is there another user account on the
computer? If you have another user account, try logging in as
Administrator with the password you created when you installed XP.
Otherwise, here is a way to get in:

NTpasswd is easy to use; just be sure to read the ReadMe first.

By hitting F8 when Windows is starting up it will take you to a menu. If you
scrool down to safe mode then hit enter. It will ask you which OS to run
select Win Xp Pro and Hit enter. You can then log in to an administrator
without a password and change the password back to one you remember.

That only works if the OP didn't assign a password to the Administrator
account when he set up the system. And you don't have to go into Safe
Mode to get to the Administrator account in Pro - only in Home.
