Hello,
I have just come up with a problem on the main home computer.
IBM Thinkcentre 3Ghz, 1G Memory.
This morning I got the ballon saying that there were updates available, I
then proceeded to D/L and install the updates.
After the reboot I noticed Messenger Live icon had not connected, I tried to
connect manually and was told that it could not connect due to error
80072ee7. I did a search and found the error was something to do with the
firewall, I checked and everything appear to be okay.
I also tried Outlook and Internet Explorer and found these would not connect
to the internet. However my Skype was working, and I could communicate.
BTW All my other computers are still able to connect to the internet, I am
using my Window 7 RC computer to send this message. My other XP computers are
working fine, but they have not been updated yet.
Should also mention that my other computer can connect to the main (problem)
computer through the network.
I have tried the suggestions from my search and these so far have not
worked. The next option would be to do a restore.
If anyone can help I would be most grateful
Kevin.
