I lost internet explorer and even tried to load a new cd
from microsoft but message says I have a newer version
already installed and won't load...also I ran a system
check and outlook express,and two others failed...i've
tried to reload the cd from DELL also but nothing I do
makes any difference .I have contacted DELL so many times
i'm sick of it, I get a new "fix" from someone different
each time till it starts back at the first one......i'm
at a loss....
