I keep losing my Internet connection. I use COX Cable service and the modem always states that I am connected. My network icon states that I am connected. If I do a repair then I can go back on line and may stay one for an hour or most of the time just minutes. If I reboot I get the error message "ox69532997" click OK and before I can it goes away and I reboot. I use Norton Antivirsus and I noticed a post that indicated this might be related to my problem. Any Advice?
